Empowered Connections is a group that helps people grow and feel strong.
We support people with disability and their families to feel confident and in control.
Family members of people with disability started Empowered Connections.
They understand what it’s like and want to help others.
Our team is made up of:
- people with disability
- family members of people with disability.
This means we know what it’s really like.
We are based in Perth.
We support people with disability across Western Australia.
Empowered Connections is part of the Valued Lives Foundation.
We also listen to advice from a disability advisory panel. This means people with disability help guide our work.
